Nice, so it’s off the Project Housing playground for a mid-day workout then it’s “Stand on the corner all day selling my drugs”.
Seriously, he has very good upper body strength, but he seriously needs to be working on his legs. If your forearms are bigger than your calves, you’re doing it wrong. Why is he even wearing shorts?

Talk about deep core strength, stabilizer muscles especially the ones surrounding the joints, and flexibility allowing full range of motion for optimal performance in all planes of motion - frontal, sagital and tranverse planes (mixed multi dynamic planes). Great muscle, core and stabilization devolopement bro! much props
